The Food Factory, nestled in the heart of Kansas City, was created in 2019 from the culinary interest of DJ Johnson. His ability to create flavorful innovative dishes caused The Food Factory to rapidly become a popular concept. From there, we’ve created a family oriented team that pride ourselves on providing positive experiences to each of our customers, while serving great tasting food.
